Detox Your Body From Heavy Metals With These Recipes

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

The ingredients in this smoothie promote a healthy gut flora, reduce inflammation, and may help your body cope with heavy mental toxicity better.


  • 1 banana or cucumber
  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh coriander
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice or coconut water
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • ¾ tsp barley grass juice powder
  • ¾ tsp spirulina
  • 3cm chunk of Atlantic dulse leaf or ¾ teaspoon of Atlantic dulse flakes

Note: use extra water or coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend as required.

Ginger is high in vitamin C and has powerful antiviral and antibacterial compounds. It helps cleanse the gut, thereby reducing the toxic load on the liver.


  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 400ml hot water
  • Fresh lemon & pure honey

Combine and rest the tea for 10 minutes before drinking.
