Toyohari Acupuncture
Chloe specialises in Toyohari which is a Japanese method of Acupuncture; Toyo meaning East Asia, and Hari meaning needle.
Toyohari uses very delicate techniques, that are mostly non-insertive, making it a very suitable treatment for people who are needle phobic or who may feel sensitive to treatment. In Toyohari, there is a large emphasis placed on pulse and hara (abdominal) diagnosis. These very refined diagnostic methods inform the practitioner of the appropriate steps in the treatment.
Treatment Techniques
Chloe can use a variety of tools in her treatments, some with rounded edges that brush along the surface of the skin as well as a favourite of Chloe’s, moxibustion – a warming technique that can assist when the ‘stuckness’ or when pain is a bit more chronic or stubborn. Chloe’s technique will help support your system to come back to its most comfortable state, where change and healing can arise.
