Feeling like treating yourself without giving your body processed, sugary food that will only leave you feeling bad about your actions? Well desserts should not be off the menu for the rest of your life! Sharee Brown creator of Sharee Anne Health & Fitness encourages people to try raw desserts, especially if sugary food has a hold on you. Its a great way to cut back on sugar and artificial preservative intake. You'll find that raw desserts can still be very sweet with such ingredients as dates and, unlike other treats, make you feel full. Most use nuts so double check if you have allergies. Base Layer

  • 5 Majool Dates (previously soaked in warm water for 3+hours
