Chia Jam

Chia Jam! What a great, quick and easy spread for morning toast. Here is how you do it! 
1 cup of raspberries or any berries you fancy, 
2 Tbsp water, 
2 Tbsp of chia seeds, 
1 Tsp of rice malt syrup. 
Blend all together than place in a jar to set in the fridge. Too easy and too delicious
